Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage guest reservations, seating flow, and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper usage and minimization of wastage.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order dispatch and menu knowledge.
- Enforce safety, health, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, service goals, and team targets.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, wine pairings, and premium beverage programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proven track record of maintaining high service standards under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
