- Lead and motivate F&B teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence
- Conduct daily staff grooming and attire inspections to maintain brand standards
- Coordinate seamless daily operations including opening/closing procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with food safety protocols
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and operational procedures
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to optimize guest experiences
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in F&B operations
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
