Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- Bake bread, pastries, and desserts maintaining freshness and presentation standards
- Prepare and serve specialty beverages including coffee, tea, and other menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service through attentive food and beverage delivery
- Process cash transactions accurately and maintain POS system integrity
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety protocols and HACCP standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification preferred for specialized roles
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service or related hospitality field
- Basic food handling and safety certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Physical stamina required for standing, lifting, and extended shifts
- Proficiency in basic cash handling and POS systems
