Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of F&B tenants for the SUTALA development
- Develop and execute a tenant mix strategy that creates synergy among concepts and enhances the overall visitor experience
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and potential partnership opportunities
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms with selected F&B tenants, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure tenant requirements are met during the pre-opening phase
- Manage the tenant onboarding process, from concept approval to final operational readiness
- Monitor industry developments and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B tenant sourcing, leasing, or restaurant development
- Extensive knowledge of Bali's F&B landscape and established industry network
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with proven track record of successful deal closures
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Project management experience with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
