Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Process Control Systems (PCS) within Fab 10.
- Analyze production data using statistical methods (SPC) to identify trends and variances.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for quality deviations to minimize scrap and rework.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering to design and validate new process controls.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to yield, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance manufacturing workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related high-tech industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
