Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze curtain wall systems for commercial and industrial projects
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and technical specifications for compliance
- Conduct site inspections and oversee installation quality control
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and safety standards
- Prepare technical documentation and performance reports
- Manage facade system troubleshooting and maintenance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in curtain wall/facade engineering
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Knowledge of international building codes (IBC, ASHRAE) and standards
- Certification in facade systems or building envelope technology preferred
- Ability to join immediately and work onsite in Cikarang
