Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and research to support advisory engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation reports, and business plans.
- Participate in transaction services, including due diligence processes for M&A projects.
- Draft high-quality client reports, presentations, and memorandum documents.
- Identify potential financial risks and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory updates to provide relevant financial insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, or auditing.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, and comparable analysis).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, or CA) or progress toward such qualification is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and excellence.
