We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented FA Inspector to join the manufacturing team at SCM Technologies Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rubber and plastic components produced meet the highest industry standards and customer specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our production processes.

Your expertise will be critical in identifying defects, verifying dimensional accuracy, and maintaining comprehensive traceability records for all batches. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed inspections of rubber and plastic parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Verify product specifications against technical drawings and quality standards to ensure compliance.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain full traceability of production batches and materials.
- Identify and report non-conforming products (NCRs) to the quality assurance team for further analysis.
- Assist in root cause analysis investigations to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained according to safety standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and quality improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality inspection or manufacturing, preferably within the rubber or plastic industry.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards (ISO 9001 experience is a plus).
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools and reading technical blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and generating inspection reports.
- Valid driver's license is required for potential site visits.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment.
