Tanggung Jawab
- Perform final assembly operations according to standard operating procedures and production schedules
- Conduct quality inspections and perform functional testing on completed assemblies
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues to minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of production records, work orders, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S housekeeping standards
- Assist in equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing programs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations
- Familiarity with assembly tools, equipment, and basic mechanical principles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation purposes
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands
