Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and improve semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure high yield and efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment downtime and implement sustainable technical solutions.
- Partner with equipment vendors to manage upgrades, installations, and performance optimizations.
- Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and execute projects that drive cost reduction.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and process control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Six Sigma/Lean) to enhance FAB output and quality.
- Collaborate with international teams to standardize best practices across global sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a semiconductor FAB environment.
- Strong understanding of lithography, etch, deposition, or metrology processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (JMP, SAS, or SQL) for process monitoring.
- Experience with Equipment Maintenance systems and preventative maintenance protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
