As a key member of our production leadership team, you'll oversee daily fabrication activities, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with stringent quality and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily fabrication operations and machinery maintenance activities
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and other industry standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production departments
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Manage fabrication budgets, inventory control, and resource allocation
- Mentor technical staff through skill development programs and performance coaching
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, welding, and sheet metal fabrication processes
- Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Certification in machinery maintenance (e.g., CMRP) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and manufacturing KPI tracking
