Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and work from complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to fabricate components accurately.
- Perform precision MIG and TIG welding operations to meet industry standards and quality requirements.
- Operate and maintain fabrication machinery, including CNC machines and manual hand tools, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and testing to ensure all fabricated parts comply with project specifications.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot fabrication issues and optimize workflow processes.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of metal structures as required by project needs.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Fabrication, Welding, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in fabrication and welding within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical data.
- Proven experience with both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Valid WSQ or relevant trade licenses (if applicable in Singapore).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
