Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and translate engineering blueprints and shop drawings into finished steel or metal products.
- Operate various fabrication tools, including saws, drills, grinders, and welding machines safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape metal materials according to project specifications.
- Perform welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) and assembly of structural components to ensure durability and precision.
- Inspect finished products for quality control, checking for alignment, structural integrity, and adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is properly serviced and stored.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols and site regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical training in Welding, Metal Fabrication, or a related trade.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Fabricator in a construction or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of metal properties and welding techniques.
- Ability to operate heavy-duty fabrication machinery with precision.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid certification in welding (TESDA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
