- Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Create engaging content (text, visuals, videos) tailored to tourism audiences
- Manage Facebook ad campaigns with budget optimization and ROI tracking
- Analyze performance metrics using Facebook Insights and third-party tools
- Foster community engagement through timely responses and interactive initiatives
- Collaborate with hospitality teams to promote events and promotions
- Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of Facebook marketing experience in tourism/hospitality sector
- Proven track record of managing Facebook pages with 10k+ followers
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting social metrics
- Creativity in developing engaging tourism-focused content
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written communication in Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
