Join Western Digital's dynamic facilities team as a Facilities Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. This position offers the opportunity to optimize facility performance through strategic maintenance planning, vendor management, and safety compliance initiatives. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our Pasir Gudang facility operates at peak efficiency while adhering to global standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance activities, and repair coordination
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements for optimal cost-efficiency
- Implement and monitor safety compliance programs aligned with OSHA and local regulations
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Analyze facility performance metrics and implement data-driven improvement strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving renovations, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities operations or maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (OSHA, ISO)
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and facilities management software
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
