The Facilities and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and cost-effective working environment, while managing administrative functions that support the entire organization. This is a key leadership role for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on optimizing processes and managing diverse teams.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, security, and overall efficiency of company facilities and physical assets.
- Lead and manage the administrative team, optimizing workflows for office supplies, procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
- Develop, implement, and monitor facility budgets, ensuring strict cost control and financial compliance.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs, renovations, preventive maintenance, and building improvements.
- Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental standards (COSH/OSH), conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Streamline administrative processes including records management, travel coordination, employee onboarding support, and corporate event planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, emergency response planning, and business continuity initiatives.
- Conduct regular asset management and inventory audits to ensure accurate tracking and lifecycle management of company property.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, office administration, or a similar managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, janitorial operations, maintenance protocols, and OSH safety regulations.
- Proven track record in budget management, cost reduction initiatives, and third-party vendor/contract negotiation.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), Project Management Professional (PMP)) are highly advantageous.
