Asya Glass Philippines Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities and Equipment Manager (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer) to join our dynamic team in Cebu. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of engineering controls to meet our operational requirements and sustainability goals.
You will oversee the maintenance, optimization, and management of all facility equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. This position requires a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering, combined with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipment and machinery
- Manage and supervise engineering staff, including technicians and maintenance personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and utility systems across the facility
- Plan and execute equipment upgrades, installations, and capital improvement projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions
- Manage budgets, procurement of spare parts, and vendor relationships for maintenance services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities or equipment management, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and industrial equipment
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ISO standards is an advantage
