Arktech Philippines Inc is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facilities and Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team in Santo Tomas, Batangas. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures effectively.
- Execute timely repairs to minimize production downtime and ensure continuous manufacturing flow.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, equipment history, and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement facility upgrades and equipment installations.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and environmental regulations at all times.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or operators when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Technology.
- Proven work experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language proficiency is considered a major plus.
- Strong teamwork ethic and the ability to work shifts or flexible hours as required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and lifting heavy equipment.
