Bestank Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Facilities and Motorpool Supervisor to join our team in Valenzuela City. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the aesthetic upkeep and safety standards of our facility, while ensuring our vehicle fleet operates with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
As our Supervisor, you will oversee a diverse range of tasks, from infrastructure maintenance to coordinating the daily logistics of our motorpool. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, possesses sharp analytical skills for budget management, and demonstrates a proactive approach to safety and facility improvement projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor facility aesthetics and infrastructure improvement projects to ensure a professional and safe workspace.
- Supervise daily operations of the motorpool, including fleet maintenance, vehicle assignment, and fuel consumption tracking.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility assets and vehicle units to minimize downtime.
- Manage operational budgets for facility repairs and motorpool expenses, focusing on cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and company policies regarding facility operations and vehicle safety.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely completion of repairs and upgrades.
- Conduct regular site inspections and fleet audits to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, maintenance costs, and facility status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil), Industrial Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in facility management, motorpool operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and automotive fleet upkeep.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in budget monitoring and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be willing to work in Valenzuela City.
