Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end facility operations and property management across APAC locations
- Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans to optimize asset performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services
- Lead emergency response protocols and business continuity planning
- Monitor facility budgets and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate space planning and workplace optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial facilities/property management
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site operations across APAC
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in CMMS/FM software (e.g., Archibus, FM:Systems)
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
