As a Facilities Associate, you will act as a key liaison between our organization, service vendors, and contractors. You will play a vital role in maintaining high service standards, managing work orders, and ensuring that our physical workspace environment meets the highest professional benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily work order requests to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with external vendors and onsite contractors to oversee maintenance activities and service quality.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify and report issues related to office infrastructure, safety, and cleanliness.
- Assist in the administration of facility-related documentation, including service agreements, invoices, and performance reports.
- Support the implementation of workplace health and safety (EHS) policies and emergency response procedures.
- Assist with office equipment management, inventory tracking, and space configuration needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding facility operations and building services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facility management, property operations, or customer service/admin support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with vendors and internal clients.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues and work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning facility management software/ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail regarding building maintenance and safety standards.
