In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our client sites, ensuring seamless facility performance and superior service delivery.

As a Facilities Associate, you will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors. You will be responsible for overseeing daily facility activities, managing work order life cycles, and ensuring that our environment meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and monitor daily facility operations and maintenance schedules.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and service providers.
  • Manage the end-to-end life cycle of work orders, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Supervise third-party contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on facility performance, costs, and project status.
  • Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Support facility managers in budgeting and resource allocation tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, property administration, or building operations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and facility management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a commercial setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot operational issues proactively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required by site needs.
