Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain chemical distribution systems and gas delivery networks in semiconductor manufacturing facilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot chemical and gas systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for facility chemical and gas equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system efficiency
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations in all chemical and gas handling processes
- Prepare technical documentation, including system schematics, operating procedures, and maintenance reports
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in chemical and gas systems management
- Manage chemical inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering, specifically with chemical and gas systems
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and facility requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software and facility design tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to convey technical information clearly
- Certification in chemical safety management or gas handling is preferred
- Experience with facility management systems and maintenance tracking software
