Join Micron Semiconductors as a Facilities Construction Document and Cost Control Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping our next-generation semiconductor facilities. This critical position combines expertise in construction documentation management with strategic cost control to ensure our cutting-edge projects meet global standards for efficiency, safety, and innovation. You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of construction documentation, from initial planning to final handover, while maintaining rigorous cost management protocols. As part of our global engineering team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize project timelines and budgets, ensuring our Singapore facility remains at the forefront of technological advancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive construction documentation systems including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring cost optimization and timely financial reporting
- Conduct regular cost analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting to identify financial risks
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to document project milestones and compliance
- Implement and maintain document control procedures for regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Analyze construction methodologies to recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Lead contract administration and negotiation for construction-related services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction document control and cost management
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and document control systems
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost estimation methodologies
- Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or large-scale industrial facility projects preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and technical data
- Professional certification (PMP, CCE, or similar) highly desirable
