Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all office and laboratory spaces meet JLL's high-quality service standards.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance and cleaning services.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems, with particular focus on laboratory equipment support.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and internal building protocols.
- Act as the primary helpdesk support for facility-related requests, resolving issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Manage office supply inventory, space planning arrangements, and general administrative support for site occupants.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance, operational expenses, and energy usage as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in facility management or office operations; experience in a laboratory or technical environment is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Facilities Management software (CMMS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
