In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for facility management operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and contractors. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of critical building systems, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment for our stakeholders.

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will manage a diverse portfolio of hard services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You will play a key role in vendor management, ensuring that service levels meet our high standards for quality and timeliness. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence, manage work orders efficiently, and maintain accurate records of facility performance and expenditures. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and prioritize incoming work orders and service requests from tenants and clients.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for the execution of hard services and repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, vendor contracts, and budget tracking.
  • Assist in capital projects, renovations, and facility upgrades as directed by management.
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to address facility-related concerns and provide solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in facilities coordination or hard services management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and vendors.
  • Valid PRC license or equivalent certification in Facilities Management is a plus.
