Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of facility work orders, ensuring timely resolution and quality control.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for the execution of hard services and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify maintenance needs and potential risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of facility assets, inventory, and service history using facility management software.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their facility-related inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities coordination or property management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of hard services, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and facility management software (e.g., ComputerEase, Archibus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area.
