Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and maintenance schedules for pharmaceutical laboratories and testing equipment.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors for servicing, repair, and improvement projects, ensuring minimal disruption to lab activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HSE, and regulatory standards during all facility operations.
- Manage inventory and procurement of lab consumables, spare parts, and safety equipment (PPE).
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining comprehensive facility records and documentation.
- Assist in the management of waste disposal and sustainability initiatives within the facility.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance, budget spend, and maintenance schedules for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a facilities role within a GMP, pharmaceutical, or testing laboratory environment is highly advantageous.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply (Junior Position).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
