Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, and ensuring the physical assets are in optimal condition.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and governance standards.
- Coordinating internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation, and implementing corrective actions.
- Managing vendor relationships, including vendor selection, performance evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Administering facility contracts, handling renewals, amendments, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Preparing and monitoring facility budgets, tracking expenditure, and reporting on operational costs.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and departments to address facility-related issues and requests promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in facilities coordination, operations management, or property management.
- Strong understanding of compliance governance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in vendor and contract management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and facility management software.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site visits.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
