Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, distribution boards, and circuitry.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in office areas, warehouses, and production machines.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify potential hazards before they escalate.
- Perform general handyman repairs including plumbing, carpentry, or basic structure maintenance as required.
- Coordinate with production staff to minimize downtime during equipment repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and electrical tools.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing, food production, or industrial facility.
- Possession of a valid TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Electrical Installation and Maintenance is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex electrical issues under pressure.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
- Knowledge of general facility maintenance and repair best practices.
- A proactive team player with excellent time-management skills and a safety-first mindset.
