Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily system maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Monitor energy consumption patterns and implement efficiency improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve facility-related issues promptly
- Manage facility documentation including maintenance logs, blueprints, and compliance records

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or plant operations
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, CEFM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in facility management software and CAD systems
- Experience with energy management systems and sustainability practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
