Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of hospital facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure continuous functionality.
- Respond promptly to facility-related breakdowns, emergencies, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to hospital operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of building services, equipment, and grounds to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of minor renovation works, facility upgrades, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, service contracts, equipment inventories, and inspection reports.
- Contribute to energy conservation initiatives, sustainability efforts, and the continuous improvement of facility operations and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably within a hospital, healthcare, or large institutional environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and safety standards (e.g., SCDF, NEA, BCA) relevant to facilities operations.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving complex facility issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
