Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance operations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems in healthcare facilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance
- Manage facility improvement projects from conception through completion within budget and timeline constraints
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify safety hazards and operational inefficiencies
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility repairs, renovations, and system upgrades
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Respond to emergency facility issues and coordinate rapid resolution to minimize service disruption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or engineering, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and healthcare facility regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, SFP) or relevant engineering license
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong project management abilities with demonstrated experience in construction/renovation oversight
