Bevi Beauty Elements Ventures, Inc., a fast-growing company in the beauty and personal care sector, is hiring a skilled Facilities Engineer to be based in our Alaminos, Laguna plant. As our new Facilities Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including mechanical, electrical, and civil works. You will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets effectively, lead crucial improvement projects, and coordinate closely with production teams to minimize operational downtime. Your technical expertise will ensure that our facility adheres strictly to PEZA, OSH, and local government regulations, guaranteeing the safety of our workforce and the integrity of our operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all equipment, utilities, and building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
- Manage facility-related projects including space planning, renovations, equipment installation, and infrastructure upgrades from initiation to completion.
- Ensure full compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health), PEZA, DENR, and other local regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and permits.
- Oversee the work of external contractors and vendors; negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Manage the facility budget, including monitoring expenses, tracking utility consumption, and identifying cost-saving initiatives related to energy efficiency and resource optimization.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments to proactively identify and address maintenance issues, hazards, or inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies; manage procurement requests in line with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Building Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Professional License (RME, REE, or CE) is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, industrial equipment, and utility management (e.g., boiler, chiller, air compressor, generator).
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Solid understanding of safety regulations (OHS, PEZA Standards) and environmental compliance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
