This critical role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of semiconductor packaging facilities – from groundbreaking construction and commissioning to ongoing operational excellence. You'll ensure optimal facility performance, implement cutting-edge maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Our engineers play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with stringent industry standards while optimizing energy efficiency and safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead facility construction, installation, and commissioning projects for semiconductor packaging plants
- Design, implement, and maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression
- Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and semiconductor industry protocols
- Manage facility budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
- Conduct regular facility audits, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for facility upgrades and expansion projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of facility engineering principles, construction processes, and maintenance systems
- Professional certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, LEED) is highly desirable
- Experience with facility management software (CMMS) and BIM/CAD tools
- Proven track record in project management and vendor coordination
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments
