You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and efficiency of our facility systems, ensuring that our production environment remains safe, compliant, and optimized for peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs for site utility systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and compressed air systems.
- Supervise third-party contractors and service providers to ensure all works comply with company standards, safety protocols, and schedules.
- Monitor utility consumption, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including maintenance logs, SOPs, and technical manuals for facility assets.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, including DOSH and BOMBA requirements, and conduct regular safety audits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility expansion or infrastructure upgrade projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility management or industrial plant maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and industrial utility equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and under pressure.
- Familiarity with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage external vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work in Juru, Penang, and manage on-call duties when necessary.
