Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs for machinery, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular facility audits and safety inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Lead downtime reduction initiatives through root cause analysis and reliability engineering
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures for facility-related incidents
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate contractor activities for facility upgrades
- Optimize energy consumption and sustainability initiatives across facility operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or plant engineering
- Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001 standards preferred
- Proficiency in CMMS software and facility management systems
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industrial compliance requirements
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and reliability-centered maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems
