HireHub is seeking a proactive and technically adept Facilities Engineer to join our growing team in Senai, Johor. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational integrity of our plant, ensuring that all facility systems, utilities, and infrastructure support our high-precision manufacturing standards.
You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end facilities management, from routine preventative maintenance to executing complex improvement projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all plant facilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Manage critical utility systems (compressed air, cooling water, gas distribution) to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Lead and supervise facility improvement projects from conceptual design through to commissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional production teams to address facility-related bottlenecks affecting manufacturing output.
- Implement and maintain a robust preventative maintenance schedule for all mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor or chemical industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and building management systems (BMS).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and Malaysian safety standards (DOSH/NIOSH).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively across all levels.
