Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of plant facilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, and structural integrity.
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations and internal quality standards across all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Analyze maintenance data and cost reports to optimize budget utilization and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure continuous production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP requirements and relevant local safety regulations (OSHA/MSDOSH).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo) is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Valid engineering license or certification preferred.
