We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Engineer to join our dynamic team at Leslie Corporation. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our Food Service Division facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance and repair of facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in food service operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions
- Coordinate facility upgrades and renovations to support evolving business needs
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility services
- Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare detailed status reports
- Optimize facility operations to reduce energy consumption and operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in food service or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) is highly desirable
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to make critical decisions
- Experience with facility management software and CMMS systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
