Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and prevent operational disruptions
- Diagnose technical problems efficiently and implement effective solutions
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize service interruptions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Certification in relevant trades (electrician, plumber, HVAC technician) preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for coordinating with contractors and staff
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Badung
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
