Hewtech Philippines Electronics Corp is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to support our operations in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the overall integrity and efficiency of our facility. Your primary duties will involve supervising preventive maintenance programs, conducting thorough facility inspections, and ensuring strict adherence to safety compliance regulations. We are looking for a hands-on technical support professional who can manage facility operations, coordinate with vendors, and implement energy-saving initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, and document findings.
- Oversee and coordinate facility renovation projects, capital improvements, and minor construction tasks to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for facility services, including security, janitorial, and utility providers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and equipment failures, providing immediate hands-on technical support to resolve operational disruptions.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) and implement energy conservation programs to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all facility documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and maintenance logs, is up to date and easily accessible.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management or engineering within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, maintenance practices, and safety regulations (OSHA/ISO standards).
- Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, AutoCAD, and maintenance management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, and perform shift work or overtime as required.
