Gain City Group is a leading name in Singapore's consumer electronics and air-conditioning industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facilities Engineer / Assistant Engineer to join our dedicated operations team in Tampines.
In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our facility's infrastructure, ensuring that our building systems, electrical networks, and ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems operate at peak efficiency. You will play a hands-on role in managing maintenance schedules, overseeing contractor workflows, and championing safety compliance protocols to create a safe and productive environment for all staff and visitors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance for building infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Oversee ACMV system performance to ensure optimal energy efficiency and air quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors, ensuring work quality meets company benchmarks.
- Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, including procurement of parts and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure strict adherence to WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to troubleshoot facility issues and minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare regular reports on facility status, maintenance logs, and asset performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance or building services management.
- Strong working knowledge of ACMV systems, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.
- Proficient in local safety regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., WSH Act).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage contractors and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to respond effectively to emergency facility issues.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
