Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and other building systems
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Manage facility-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors as needed
- Develop and maintain facility documentation, including blueprints, maintenance records, and safety protocols
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures to reduce operational costs
- Respond to emergency facility issues and coordinate prompt resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
- Certification in facility management or building maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
