Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain critical data center facilities systems including HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression systems
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety protocols in compliance with SCDF regulations and NFPA standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response drills
- Oversee fire safety system installations, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with emergency services and regulatory bodies during incident investigations
- Prepare detailed safety reports and compliance documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Train facility staff on fire safety procedures and emergency response protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Professional Fire Safety Manager certification from SCDF or equivalent institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center facilities management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Fire Safety Act and local building regulations
- Certification in NFPA 72 (Fire Alarm Systems) and NFPA 13 (Sprinkler Systems)
- Experience with critical facility monitoring systems (BMS, VESDA, FM200)
- Valid Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer certification
- Proven ability to lead emergency response teams during critical incidents
