We are looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and readiness of our critical facility infrastructure supporting satellite manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing (DS/CY/SatSys). In this role, you will ensure that our state-of-the-art facilities meet the rigorous demands of aerospace engineering while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facility infrastructure dedicated to satellite manufacturing and testing.
- Ensure full readiness of facilities to support the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) lifecycle of DS/CY/SatSys projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement of critical engineering tools and facility equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers to facilitate facility access and support for engineering teams.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management within the aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of satellite manufacturing processes and cleanroom operations is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict regulatory and safety protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
