Advanced Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Engineer I to join our dynamic team in Rosario, Batangas. As a Facilities Engineer I, you will bridge the gap between technical maintenance and strategic facility management. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our facility systems, from conducting routine preventive maintenance to executing critical corrective repairs. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and energy efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and support our commitment to delivering high-quality power conversion and management solutions to our global clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and document scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) programs for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and lead corrective maintenance efforts to ensure minimal disruption to production.
- Monitor and optimize building automation systems (BAS) and utilities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Supervise third-party contractors and vendors during specialized equipment servicing and facility upgrades.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and corporate safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of facility repairs, equipment inventory, and maintenance histories.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility layout changes or new equipment installations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- A Registered Professional Engineer license is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- 0-2 years of experience in facility maintenance, plant engineering, or a related industrial field.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, UPS, fire protection, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rosario, Batangas.
