Tanggung Jawab
- Environmental Compliance: Oversee and implement pollution control programs to ensure strict adherence to DENR, CHED, and PRC environmental regulations and guidelines.
- Facility Maintenance: Manage routine operations and maintenance of campus infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical units, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Waste Management: Develop and execute waste management protocols to ensure proper disposal and recycling practices are maintained across the campus.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure a secure environment for students and staff.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, maintain compliance records, and submit necessary documentation to regulatory bodies.
- Project Management: Lead or support facility improvement projects, renovations, and new construction initiatives to enhance campus functionality.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers for specialized facility maintenance and engineering tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Licensure: PRC Licensed Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, specifically within an educational institution or large corporate campus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (DENR/CHED), waste treatment systems, and building management systems.
- Software Proficiency: Ability to use AutoCAD, MS Project, or facility management software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues and provide effective solutions.
