Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Conduct facility inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and oversee facility improvement projects
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and system performance metrics
- Support sustainability initiatives through energy management and waste reduction programs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Valid Class 3 driving license (highly preferred) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building engineering
- Strong knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and safety protocols
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and computerized maintenance systems
- Certification in facility management or related technical field is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
