Tanggung Jawab
- Manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Oversee facility operations including power distribution, water systems, and structural integrity
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contractor management for facility services
- Develop and implement sustainable facility improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Respond to emergency facility issues with swift resolution protocols
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience in commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- Certification in facility management (CFM) or related field preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems and facility management software
- Proven project management skills for facility renovations/upgrades
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license
